Payment

Payment is to be made by Cash, Cheque (made payable to Sarah Gordon) or Bank Transfer.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide 24 hours’ notice to allow other clients the opportunity of scheduling.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the allotted time, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged and must be paid before your next appointment.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months. They are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value. If booking is left to the last minute and no appointments are available, a one-month extension can be purchased at a cost of £15.00. This must be arranged before the Gift Vouchers expires.
