I work with their unique properties, vibration and frequency to induce deep relaxation, reduce stress and pain as well as promote balance within the physical and subtle bodies.
When the chakra system is closed or unbalanced this can have a negative effect on how we feel and show up in our daily lives. By realigning the chakras, crystal healing works on the root cause of a presenting symptom. The treatment aims to promote a clear, balanced energetic flow through the body for vibrant health and well-being helping to release emotional blockages, ease physical illness and develop spiritual awareness.
